Unlock Method

  • Mechanical Key (Manual Unlock): Unlocking via key or app activates the AR sensor light and system, enabling foot-operated tailgate control.
  • Mobile Key (Bluetooth Unlock): Approaching within 1.5m activates the sensor light. Once connected, step on the marker, wait for the light to flash, then lift your foot to open/close the tailgate. (Phone, vehicle, and product Bluetooth must be connected.)

How to Use:
Place the top of your foot over the indicator mark, ensuring it fully covers the entire mark. Hold your foot in place for about 1-2 seconds and observe if the indicator starts flashing. Once it flashes rapidly, remove your foot, and the trunk will open/close. If the indicator does not flash, lift your foot and repeat the process by placing it back over the mark.

Driving Status:

  • When the vehicle is in P (Park), the light turns on; when in R (Reverse), the light stays off.
  • When the vehicle is in N (Neutral) or D (Drive), the light stays off.
    Note: If the vehicle is repeatedly switched to P (Park), the light will not turn on. However, it will illuminate when the driver or passenger door is opened.

Safety Measures:

  1. Correct Operation: Step on the indicator for 1-2s until it flashes, then lift your foot to activate.
  2. Invalid Actions: No response if:
    • Foot stays for 3s before lifting.
    • Foot remains after flashing.
    • Using a toe or thin shoes, causing detection failure.

Connection Instructions:
If the ambient light does not turn on when approaching with your phone, the connection has failed. Possible reasons:

  1. Bluetooth is off, preventing communication with the vehicle/system.
  2. External interference is affecting Bluetooth connection speed or range.
  3. The mobile key function is not activated in the app.
  4. The vehicle system has been updated.
